Print, signage and merchandise for independent schools.

We are a two-person agency in Wiltshire making the physical side of school marketing work harder — prospectuses, admissions packs, Open Day signage, wayfinding, gifts and keepsakes. You talk to the people who actually do the work.

You may have had our envelope.

Inside were two short booklets — a case study from Stonar Prep and a piece on the work we do for schools. If it caught you at the wrong moment, this page is the two-minute version. If it caught you at the right one, the number and email address above are the fastest route.

What we do for schools.

Admissions and prospectus
Prospectuses, sixth form and prep guides, folders with modular inserts, joining and welcome packs, fees and bursary sheets. We foil, deboss and personalise in-house on our own press, so a cover can carry a prospect's initials without a minimum order or a three-week lead time.

Open Day and events
Banners, feather flags, pavement and A-boards, directional wayfinding, car park signage, table covers, roller banners, fabric displays, window graphics, name badges and lanyards. Built to survive British weather and designed so the dated parts are the only parts you reprint.

Around the school
Honours boards, wall and window graphics, department and house signage, sports hall and pitch-side boards, entrance and reception treatments. The permanent things people walk past every day and stop noticing — which is exactly when they need looking at.

Merchandise and gifts
School shop stock, leavers' gifts, staff kit, alumni and development mailings, prize giving, visitor keepsakes. We work from a vetted supplier list rather than a catalogue, so what you get is chosen for the school, not for our profits.

Stitched Prospectus.png

Consistent table covers and banners across every subject stand. Without them a hall reads as a jumble of laminated A4 and every department looks like it is competing with the one next to it.

One school, not fifteen departments.

Most schools spend the budget on the prospectus and almost nothing on the car park. That is where the family decides whether you are organised. Clear directional signs from the road, a marshalled parking area and a welcome banner at the front door do more than another eight pages.

The first ninety seconds.

You already know who has registered. A board at the entrance listing the families expected that morning, or a prospectus cover foiled with the child's name, changes the temperature of the whole visit. We can personalise covers in-house in small numbers.

A named welcome.

Parents make the decision but children lobby hard. A small keepsake they carry home works on you all week.

Give the child something, not just the parent.

Tell us what is coming up.

An Open Day in October. A prospectus that needs redoing before the new Head arrives. A hall that looks tired. A leavers' gift nobody has thought about yet.

Whichever it is, a five-minute conversation is enough for us to tell you whether we can help and roughly what it costs.
