A hotel brand is experienced long before someone reaches their room. We help hotels bring the physical details together, from arrival signage and wayfinding to menus, in-room print, branded merchandise and guest touchpoints. We think about where it will be used, how it needs to perform and what the guest will actually experience before we specify anything.
Where does the hotel experience actually begin?
Long before a guest reaches their room. The car park, entrance, reception, wayfinding, key card and first printed piece they pick up all contribute to the same impression. If those details feel disconnected, temporary or poorly considered, the experience starts to unravel before the stay has really begun.
Hotels invest heavily in interiors, service and photography, yet the physical brand details are often ordered separately, from different suppliers, at different times. Bringing them together means the signage, print, merchandise and guest touchpoints feel like part of the hotel, rather than additions to it.
What we do for hotels.
Signage and wayfinding
Arrival signs, reception branding, directional signage, room identification and temporary event graphics all have different jobs to do. We specify materials, finishes and fixing methods around the environment they are going into, including cleaning routines, changing information and how permanently something really needs to be installed.
Merchandise and guest gifting
The wrong branded product quickly becomes clutter. We help hotels choose merchandise and gifts that make sense for the guest, the occasion and the brand, from useful room and spa items to event gifts, loyalty pieces and considered take-home details. Where smaller quantities or personalisation make sense, we can also produce engraved and foiled items in-house.
Guest print and hotel collateral
Menus, drinks lists, welcome folders, room information, event material and other printed pieces are handled constantly, so the stock and finish matter. We look at how an item will be used before recommending format, paper, lamination or finishing, rather than automatically reproducing what was ordered last time.
Events, launches and seasonal campaigns
Hotels change constantly throughout the year. Weddings, conferences, Christmas, food and drink events, spa promotions and new openings can all create short-term requirements across signage, print, displays and merchandise. We bring those pieces together so a campaign feels consistent across the hotel without everything needing to be permanently installed.

Ideas for the guest journey.

The first physical signs of a hotel set expectations quickly. Entrance signage, parking information, reception details and the route to check-in all need to feel intentional. A beautifully designed interior can still be undermined by a temporary notice, an awkward directional sign or branding that looks like it was added afterwards.
The arrival should feel considered.
Most branded merchandise is forgotten because it was chosen from a catalogue rather than designed around the stay. A useful room item, locally relevant gift or personalised piece can become part of the memory of the visit. The question is not what can carry a logo, but what a guest would actually want to take home.
Give guests something worth keeping.
Weddings, conferences, seasonal events and promotions often need signage and print for only a few hours or days. That does not mean they should look temporary. Materials, finishes and fixing methods can be chosen so short-term graphics still feel part of the hotel, while being simple to remove or replace afterwards.
Temporary should not mean improvised.
Menus, key card holders, room information, drinks lists, spa collateral and table pieces may be physically small, but guests see and handle them repeatedly. That makes material choice, durability and consistency important. If an item is going to be touched hundreds of times, it needs to be specified for that use rather than simply for how it looks on screen.
The small details are often handled the most.

Talk to us when the physical details need bringing together.
When you are refurbishing a hotel and the signage, print and guest touchpoints need to feel like part of the same brand.
When an event or seasonal campaign needs more than a collection of last-minute items from different suppliers.
When existing signage or graphics are no longer working with the space around them.
When you want guest merchandise or gifting to feel considered, useful and worth keeping.
When something needs producing, installing or replacing and you want someone to think through the practicalities before committing to a solution.
You do not need to arrive with a finished specification. Bring us the problem, the space or the idea and we will help work out what makes sense.
